Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary announces police search for missing athlete

A Ugandan athlete in Japan for the Olympics has gone missing, and the team's host city in western Japan is conducting a search with police. Izumisano City authorities identified the missing athlete as 20-year-old Julius Ssekitoleko.
