Dutch PM visits flooded cities in the Netherlands after thousands flee homes

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte visited the city of Venlo as thousands of people fled their homes after rising waters swamped cities in the Netherlands. Rutte spoke to locals and visited flooded parts of the city.
