'Golden ticket' hajj sees a fraction of people attending Mecca than in past

Sixty-thousand people were lucky enough to get tickets to visit Mecca during hajj as numbers were kept down due to Covid. Applicants had to be fully vaccinated and not suffer chronic illness.
