Tenerife's Covid certificate causing confusion on its first day

Covid certificates were required at the entrance of restaurants and gyms in the Spanish island of Tenerife on Monday.As cases rose in the Canary Islands, the regional government decided to put Tenerife, in the top level of coronavirus alert.
