Labour support quarantine exemptions for critical workers to combat 'pingdemic'

Labour leader Keir Starmer told LBC yesterday that he would support critical workers proving 'a double vaccination and negative test' in order to avoid quarantine if they are pinged by the NHS app. This comes after thousands of workers are isolating.
