Italy's tourist hotspot Lake Como battered by floods after torrential rain

The town of Cernobbio on the shore of Italy's famed Lake Como has been hit with severe flooding after torrential rain and hail downpours. Footage shows incessant rivers of water through residential parts of the tourist hotspot.
