Storms and flash floods leads to huge waterspout in Turkey near Black Sea

A whirlwind waterspout emerged from the sea in Turkey's Black Sea province of Sinop. Though a rare occurrence in Turkey, the waterspout came as a result of storms and torrential rain leading to flash flooding.
