Shocking CCTV footage shows moment cyclist mows down pedestrian before fleeing

Ermir Loka was jailed for two years today after crashing into 72-year-old Peter McCombie whilst running a red light, in a collision that eventually lead to Mr McCombie's death eight days later. Loka fled the scene over fears of deportation.
