Winston's Wheels founder talks about her dog's first wheelchair after diagnosis

Founder of charity Winston's Wheels talks about the harness she borrowed from a stranger to help her late dog walk, after a cancer diagnosis. Since Winston passed away, she has gone on to save hundreds of disabled dogs in need of wheelchairs.
