Lewis Hamilton says he is 'feeling better' after doctor saw him following race

Lewis Hamilton was seen by a Mercedes team doctor as he suffered fatigue and mild dizziness following the Hungarian GP. Hamilton missed a race late last year after contracting Covid-19 and doesn't rule out the long-term effects.
