UK Father set for a tearful reunion after having to spend 15 months in Spain

Londonderry father Noel Barr has spoken of expecting a tearful family reunion after 15 months in Spain.He is one of the first travellers to arrive in Northern Ireland after isolation was scrapped for those fully vaccinated.
