Horrific moment on-duty policeman strikes 15-year-old schoolboy to the ground

A schoolboy is punched to the ground and kicked in a violent attack by an on-duty West Midlands Police officer. PC Declan Jones strikes the 15-year-old boy in the head causing him to fall to the floor where he then kicks him in the stomach.
