84-year-old in Germany convicted after keeping WW2 tank in basement

An 84-year-old man in northern Germany's Kiel has been convicted after it was found out he was storing a WW2 Panzer tank amongst other weaponry in his basement. The man was ordered to pay a £200,000 fine and handed a 14-month suspended sentence.
