Monday: London's Tower Bridge stuck in open position causes traffic chaos

Tower Bridge remains stuck open this evening after being hit by a technical fault which caused traffic chaos during rush hour. The bridge's arms, known as bascules, became wedged upright after being opened at 2.15pm.
