Travel expert: Government deflecting PCR test price drop onto travel industry

Travel expert Rob Staines says that the government are making the travel industry face the costs of a PCR test price drop. He says that if the government insist on PCR tests for UK arrivals, 'it is entirely up to them to drive down the costs.'
