Man miraculously survives after being pierced in chest with six-foot iron rod

Graphic footage shows a man sat relatively calmly on a hospital bed with a six-foot iron rod piercing through his chest and out the other side, as surgeons hurry around him. He miraculously survived a vehicle explosion.
