Former UN envoy says Taliban takeover a 'colossal failure of strategy'

Former United Nations Special Envoy to Afghanistan, Peter Galbraith, says corruption within the government has allowed the Taliban's rapid advance and shows 'a colossal failure, a complete failure of a military, political strategy of 20 years.'
