Female news presenter returns to Afghan TV channel and interviews Taliban member

A female news presenter has returned to anchor an Afghan 24-hour news channel TOLONews, before interviewing a member of the Taliban during the programme. This comes as the militant group attempt to play down fears about oppressing women.
