Admiral John Kirby says US is negotiating with Taliban to get Americans safe

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby says they are negotiating with the Taliban to help get Americans safely, don't know how many US citizens are still on the ground and 'won't speculate' on whether troops will still be there beyond the August 31 deadline.
