Theresa May: 'Wing and prayer' Afghanistan withdrawal risks terror threat

Former PM Theresa May says that having a withdrawal date and leaving Afghanistan in such dramatic fashion allowed the Taliban to 'sit and wait' to take over the country. She believes that the UK must be wary of an increased terror threat.
