Lukaku confirms he will wear number nine shirt and that he's fit to face Arsenal

Romelu Lukaku confirmed he will wear the number nine shirt at Chelsea, in his first press conference since returning to the club.The striker could feature for Thomas Tuchel's side on Sunday against Arsenal after saying he's available for the manager.
