Putin claims we 'must not impose values' on Afghanistan as he welcomes Taliban

Russian President Vladimir Putin has claimed other countries must not impose their values on Afghanistan. In his first remarks on the Taliban's takeover of the country, he also said he hopes the group will make good on its promises to restore order.
