Government and opposition ministers dispute importance of Raab phone call

Shadow Security Minister Conor McGinn and Armed Forces Minister James Heappey have both spoken to the press in regards to the missed call of Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab. McGinn says he should be sacked, while Heappey claims it made no difference.
