Flying surfboard known as an e-foil, travels up to 35 mph

The electric hydrofoil boards are known as 'e-foils'. They are activated by speed when an underwater 'wing' creates lift and eliminates friction, propelling the rider up to 3 ft above the water at a top speed of 35 mph.
