Afghan women being whipped are 'small minor incidents' says UK Sharia Council

UK Islamic Sharia Council scholar Khola Hasan says incidents of women and children being beaten and whipped are small minor incidents and must not be portrayed as something huge. She spoke about giving the Taliban a chance, on BBC Radio 4.
