Emotional moment man reunited with birth mum 48 years after adoption

Jonathan Gaskarth was adopted aged six weeks and had never felt the need to search for his birth parents. But after the breakdown of his own family unit 48 years later he sought the help of Long Lost Family and was reunited with his birth mum.
