Taliban spokesperson says foreign forces to blame for Kabul blast that killed 60

A spokesperson for the Taliban told the press that the presence of foreign forces in Kabul was the reason that the attack happened. The blast has killed at least 60 people, including foreign personnel, and injured many more.
