Spanish NGO seen assisting dozens of migrants in boat near Lampedusa

Footage shows a Spanish NGO assisting dozens of migrants seen on a boat in the sea near Lampedusa as they attempt to make land. In the footage the NGO ship can be seen handing out lifejackets and water to the migrants.
