Afghan TV host tells people not to leave country as Taliban has him at gunpoint

Members of the Taliban appeared on an Afghanistan TV programme and called on Afghans not to flee the country. Taliban commander, Qari Samiullah, told the TV host, they wish to ensure there is 'a safe atmosphere in all the provinces of Afghanistan'.
