James Cleverly defends Foreign Office response over Pen Farthing's evacuation

Minister of State for Middle East and North Africa, James Cleverly, has defended the Foreign Office response on the withdrawal of Pen Farthing and his staff from Afghanistan. He told LBC, 'He had the opportunity to be leave Afghanistan much earlier'.
