Thousands of students offered tests as pupils return to classrooms across UK

Pupils across England and Wales have begun to return to the classroom this week after the summer holidays, and schools in Northern Ireland have reopened. At Copthall School in north London, around 1,000 girls were invited to take lateral flow tests.
