CCTV shows thief failing to steal Rolex as he does a bizarre distraction dance

Police release CCTV of a thief using a "bizarre" distraction dance before attempting to steal Rolex watches from his victims. West Midlands Police said Abdelhadi Bahou-Jabour was charged and pleaded guilty to two robberies and an attempted robbery.
