Chaplain reads out Queen's good wishes as she misses military event in Edinburgh
The Duke of Kent attended a drumhead service in Edinburgh to mark the 50th anniversary of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. The Queen was due to attend but cancelled due to weather concerns for helicopter travel.
