Police officer in hospital after a high speed pursuit car crash on M62

A police officer has been seriously injured after crashing during a high speed pursuit on the M62 overnight, colliding with a Seat Ibiza. The four other passengers in the Ibiza made it out of their car whilst the officer was transported to hospital.
