MP's in the Commons back PM's £12 billion National Insurance hike by 319 to 248

MP's in the Commons have voted 319 to 248 in favour of the Prime Minister Boris Johnson's plans to raise National Insurance. The Government's NHS and social care tax plan was supported with a 71 majority.
