Heavy rain causing flash floods and power cuts amid thunderstorms in Devon

Heavy rain has caused flash floods and power cuts in a part of Britain amid thunderstorm warnings. There was flooding in the main shopping street in Salcombe, Devon on Wednesday. The Met Office issued an amber warning.
