Health Secretary Sajid Javid: NHS understand they need to be 'more efficient'

The health secretarv Sajid Javid criticised the NHS saying they need to be 'more efficient' despite the conservative government having effectively cut their funding during their last 11 years in power leaving waiting times at an all time high.
