Wall and part of a roof suddenly collapse at Llys y Mynydd flats in North Wales

A wall and part of a roof have collapsed at flats in North Wales while rooms were being enlarged. The sudden accident happened at Llys y Mynydd flats in the village of Rhosllanerchgrugog near Wrexham yesterday at about 4pm.
