Lorry driver trainer says UK should 'relax Visa rules' to make up for shortage

A managing director at a lorry driver training company says the UK should 'relax the Visa rules' to make up for the shortage of lorry drivers in the UK. Carl Hughes was confident however that in the long term, 'we can fill the gap'.
