Man attempts to board bus after standing in the road forcing driver to stop

CCTV footage shows a man attempting to board a bus by standing in the middle of the road with outstretched arms and forcing the driver to stop. When he tries to get on the bus, the driver pulls away and the man chases the bus down the road.
