Brazen thief caught red-handed tries to charge victim £20 for his own bike

An Uber Eats cyclist had his £2,000 electric bike stolen while picking up a delivery and set out on a frantic pursuit for justice. A good samaritan driver drove him around tracking the GPS on the bike and the thief was eventually tracked down.
