Macron is interrupted by daughter of Algerian Harki as he asks forgiveness

While giving a speech on the Harkis, Algerians who fought on the French side in the Algerian war of independence and who were subsequently abandoned and massacred by France, a daughter of one of the Harki fighters interrupts French president Macron.
