Petrol station chief issues 'don't panic buy' appeal to drivers

Chief Executive, PRA Gordon Balmer says 'people shouldn't be panic buying. There's plenty of fuel available. But if they do start panic buying, that will be a self-fulfilling prophecy. And it will put additional pressure'.
