George Eustice labels Covid not Brexit as the reason for UK fuel crisis

The Environment Secretary George Eustice has claimed that it is Covid and not Brexit that is behind the UK fuel crisis. Eustice cited the ability to offer short term temporary visa's as part of the benefits of Brexit in this situation.
