'It is a calamity': Dark day for La Palma residents as ash rain falls

Residents of Los Llanos de Aridane fear the worst as ash rain falls onto their streets and black clouds darken the sky. Locals were seen sweeping the streets and holding umbrellas aloft for protection, whilst some discuss leaving the island.
