CCTV shows kidnap gang gathering before snatching foster child
CCTV footage provided by the CPA show a gang of six child kidnappers meeting up in Bangor, North Wales, before carrying out their plot to snatch a foster child from a car at knifepoint. They were each found guilty and received jail sentences.
