Parents of teenager who died from allergic reaction say the 'system has failed'

The parents of Natasha Ednan-Laperouse who died from a severe allergic reaction after eating a baguette spoke on Good Morning Britain of the 'failed system' that has seen many teenagers and young children die in similar circumstances.
