Petrol Retailers Association: 'Situation in London and South East getting worse'

Petrol stations are still running out of fuel quicker than forecourts can be resupplied, bosses have claimed - as figured showed the crisis has a North/South divide. Treasury minister says 60 per cent of petrol stations out of fuel at the weekend.
