Hecklers jeer at Sir Iain Duncan Smith in Manchester shouting 'Tory scum'

Sir Iain Duncan Smith is followed down the street as someone shouts 'Tory scum' to the banging of a drum. This was moments after former Conservative leader was allegedly hit on the head with a traffic cone in Manchester.
