PM criticises Sadiq Khan's 'boundary charge' plans for London motorists

Boris Johnson has criticised London Mayor Sadiq Khan's Trasnport for London policies as 'crazy,' saying he would do different if he was still Mayor. He further stated that he was 'ruthless' when allocating funding for TFL when he was in office.
